This is the official provincial site for Eastern Cape past exam papers.

  • It lists May/June 2024 Grade 12 NSC DBE Examinations and June 2024 Grade 12 Provincial Common Examinations among other years. 
  • Clicking these sections allows you to access the individual question papers and memos for each subject—each provided as downloadable PDF files. 

Steps:

  1. Go to the Eastern Cape Examinations site.
  2. Navigate to “2024 May/June 2024 Grade 12 NSC DBE Examinations” or “2024 June Gr. 12 Provincial Common Examinations”.
  3. Click on a subject—e.g., “Mathematics P1”, “English HL”, etc.—and you’ll find PDF downloads for paper and memo for each.

2. Department of Basic Education (DBE) National Website

The national DBE site also provides NSC May/June 2024 exam papers broken down by province.

  • Among the downloads, there are subject-specific papers—for example, Afrikaans SAL P2 (Eastern Cape) with corresponding memos—allowing provincial-specific access. 

Steps:

  1. Visit the DBE’s “2024 May June Exam papers” section.
  2. Select your desired language or subject area.
  3. Look for the version labeled “Eastern Cape”—then click to download the paper and memo in PDF form.

3. Alternative Resources (Unofficial)

  • TestPapers.co.za provides an extensive library of Grade 12 past exam papers, including Eastern Cape 2024 ones. Although unofficial, it’s popular and free. 
  • There’s also a mobile app called “Eastern Cape Grade 10, 11, 12” (by Ultra-Deep™) that offers access to exam papers (2016–2025), including June 2024, with offline capabilities. This can be especially useful if you’re studying on the go.
