  • Ada Nyingine: Mbali na ada ya masomo, wanafunzi wanapaswa kulipia ada ya usajili, ada za maabara, na ada za mitihani.  
  • Njia ya Masomo: Kozi nyingi hutolewa kwa mfumo wa muda wote (Full Time), huku baadhi ya kozi za uzamili zikitolewa kwa mfumo wa mchanganyiko (Blended Learning).
  • Kampasi: IAA ina kampasi kuu Arusha, pamoja na kampasi za Dar es Salaam na Babati.
